By accessing nexumentertainmentnetwork.com (the “Portal”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

The Portal is for adults who have been individually authorized by Nexum — staff, investors, finance personnel, and development collaborators. Access is granted by invitation and may be limited to specific areas based on your role. You have no right to access any particular area, and authorization can be changed or revoked at any time.

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Keep your password and session private; do not share your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• access areas or data you have not been granted access to, or attempt to;
• probe, scan, or test the security of the Portal, or bypass access controls;
• scrape, bulk-download, or automate access except as we expressly permit;
• disrupt or degrade the Portal or the infrastructure it runs on;
• use the Portal to violate any law or the rights of others.

Much of what the Portal contains — including investor, financial, legal, and game-development materials — is confidential and non-public. Unless Nexum tells you otherwise in writing, you agree to keep such materials confidential, use them only for the purpose for which access was granted, and not disclose, copy, or redistribute them.

The Portal and its content are owned by Nexum or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to view the content you are authorized to access, for internal purposes connected to your relationship with Nexum. No other rights are granted.

The Portal is a pre-release system provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexum and the people working on it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Portal.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these terms or when your relationship with Nexum ends. Sections 5, 6, 8, and 10 survive termination.

The governing law and venue will be set once Nexum is formally incorporated and will be stated in the reviewed version of these terms.

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and give notice of material changes to Portal users. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
