Terms of Use
Last updated: September 26, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of nexumentertainmentnetwork.com, including its public pages and restricted account areas (the “Website”).
The Website is operated by NEXUM Entertainment Network, Inc., referred to in these terms as “NEXUM,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Scope
The Website provides information about NEXUM and supports communications and authorized collaboration.
Access to the Website does not grant access to any separate product, service, or commercial arrangement. Those activities may require additional terms or a separate agreement. Where a separate agreement expressly governs an activity, that agreement controls any conflict concerning that activity.
Fictional descriptions of debt, investment recovery, participation, or other narrative elements are part of NEXUM’s entertainment content. They do not create actual debts, financial commitments, or obligations to participate.
2. Website access and accounts
Public pages are available without an account. Restricted areas require authorization from NEXUM and may be limited according to your role or relationship with us.
Account-based access is intended for adults who can enter into a binding agreement. If you act on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to do so.
When using an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Protect your credentials and avoid sharing your account.
- Access only the information and features you are authorized to use.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
You are responsible for your use of the account and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized use. Access permissions may change as your role, authorization, or relationship with NEXUM changes.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Website lawfully and respect the rights of others.
You must not:
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without authorization.
- Bypass access controls or conduct security testing without our permission.
- Introduce malicious software or interfere with the Website’s availability or operation.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, or affiliation.
- Upload or distribute unlawful material or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Scrape, bulk-download, or automate access except as expressly permitted by NEXUM or applicable law.
- Use restricted information for purposes outside the authorization under which it was provided.
If you discover a potential security issue, report it to us without accessing, altering, or disclosing information beyond what you are authorized to handle.
4. Ownership and permitted use
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, branding, software, and designs, belong to NEXUM or its licensors.
You may view public content for personal information or legitimate evaluation of NEXUM and its activities. Restricted content may be used only for the purposes for which access was granted.
Except as permitted by applicable law, a separate license, or our written authorization, you may not reproduce, modify, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit Website content.
You may link to public pages provided the link does not misrepresent an affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship. These terms do not grant permission to use NEXUM’s trademarks or logos as your own branding.
5. Confidential information
Restricted areas may contain confidential business, financial, legal, or development information.
Protect information identified as confidential, or that should reasonably be understood to be confidential, and use it only for its authorized purpose. Do not disclose or redistribute it without permission.
These obligations do not apply to information that becomes public without a breach, that you lawfully receive without a confidentiality restriction, or that you independently develop without using confidential materials.
Nothing in these terms prevents disclosures required or protected by law. Where legally permitted and appropriate, notify NEXUM before a required disclosure so we can seek suitable protection.
Any separate confidentiality agreement continues to apply.
6. Information and materials you submit
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit any information or materials through the Website.
You retain ownership of your submitted materials, subject to any separate agreement. By submitting them, you authorize NEXUM to store, process, and use them as reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality, respond to you, and carry out the purpose for which they were submitted.
Do not submit confidential information through public-facing channels unless NEXUM has agreed to receive it that way.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. These terms do not replace that policy or any separate agreement governing your materials.
7. Website information and external services
Website content is provided for general information. Descriptions of planned features, services, or activities may change and do not constitute a commitment to deliver them unless expressly agreed in writing.
Public content does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice or an offer to enter into a transaction.
The Website may link to third-party websites or support external services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. A link does not, by itself, establish NEXUM’s endorsement or responsibility for third-party content.
8. Availability and warranties
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Website features or content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will remain complete, accurate, or current.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NEXUM and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website. This includes lost profits or loss of data where those losses are indirect or consequential.
These limitations apply only where legally permitted. They do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website or its users, address a breach of these terms, comply with legal requirements, or reflect the end of an authorized relationship.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice. Immediate action may be necessary in circumstances involving security, misuse, or legal restrictions.
When authorization ends, you must stop accessing restricted areas and using confidential materials except as permitted by a separate agreement or applicable law.
Provisions concerning ownership, confidentiality, liability, and obligations arising before termination continue to apply where relevant.
11. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the Website or applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated version here and identify its effective date.
For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice appropriate to the circumstances and obtain acceptance where required. Changes will apply prospectively.
If you do not agree to revised terms, discontinue use of the Website.
12. General terms
Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that apply regardless of contractual terms.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not, by itself, waive the right to enforce it later.
These terms govern Website use and do not replace separate written agreements with NEXUM.
If a concern or dispute arises, you may contact us to seek a resolution. Doing so does not restrict your right to pursue available legal remedies.
